Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking two dedicated Water Restoration Technicians to join our team in the Snohomish County area. The ideal candidates are responsible for restoring properties affected by water damage, mold, and other related issues. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various tools and techniques to ensure thorough restoration and customer satisfaction. At least one year of prior experience in the restoration industry is necessary . Duties Assess water and mold damage to determine appropriate restoration procedures Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes using specialized equipment Conduct mold remediation following safety protocols Clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and other affected surfaces using appropriate techniques Assist with demolition and reconstruction tasks as needed during the restoration process Removal of drywall Document work performed and communicate progress to supervisors and clients Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Certifications Required:
1 year prior experience in the restoration industry is required IICRC Certifications•
IIRC WRT
Certification (Required)
IICRC ASD
Certification (willing to obtain•company will pay)
IICRC AMRT
Certification (willing to obtain•company will pay)
Requirements:
Knowledge of water damage restoration and mold remediation Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other restoration equipment safely Able to work while wearing PPE, including respiratory protection Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environmental conditions Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites Willingness to learn new skills and adhere to safety protocols at all times

$25.00•$35.00 per hour
