What You'll Do Perform water mitigation, demolition, structural drying, pack-outs, and restoration-related services Respond to residential and commercial losses involving water, fire, mold, and other property damage Set up and monitor drying equipment Document jobs, photos, moisture readings, and job progress accurately Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance carriers, office staff, and project managers Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles Follow all safety standards, company procedures, and industry best practices Assist with emergency after-hours/on-call rotation as needed What We're Looking For Restoration industry experience preferred IICRC certifications are highly valued Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in stressful situations Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift equipment and perform physical job duties in varying environments Why Fischer Competitive pay: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience and certifications Stable, growing company with long-term opportunity Strong leadership and team support Company vehicles and equipment Health benefits PTO and paid holidays Ongoing training and development High-performance culture with people who genuinely care about doing things the right way At Fischer, we take pride in the reputation we have built over decades — and we are looking for professionals who want to be part of something they can be proud of too.
