Job Overview Join our fast growing team as a Water Restoration Technician and become a vital part of restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. In this energetic role, you will be on the front lines of disaster recovery, utilizing your skills to assess damage, perform restorations, and help clients regain their peace of mind. Your hands-on expertise will directly impact the lives of those facing unexpected emergencies, making each day rewarding and impactful. Duties Respond promptly to water, fire, mold, and asbestos-related damage calls to assess and initiate restoration processes. Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment and techniques. Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols and industry standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, cleaning, and repair tasks within damaged properties. Assist with fire restoration efforts by cleaning soot, deodorizing spaces, and restoring structural elements. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and progress for each project to ensure quality control and client satisfaction. Experience Prior experience in restoration industry work or related construction fields is highly preferred. Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques including moisture detection and drying equipment operation. Knowledge of mold remediation practices and asbestos abatement procedures is a plus. Hands-on experience with cleaning services such as carpet cleaning or general sanitation is beneficial. Ability to operate hand tools (e.g., scrapers, wrenches) and power tools safely and effectively. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to restoration work environments. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients during projects. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
