Job Description
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (End Time May Vary) $20-$28 per Hour DOE About Cascade Contents Cascade Contents helps families and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, and other property losses. Our team carefully packs, transports, cleans, stores, and returns customers' belongings during some of the most challenging times in their lives. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality work and enjoy being part of a strong team. Whether you have experience in restoration, moving, cleaning, construction, or logistics, or you're eager to learn, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Pack, wrap, inventory, and organize customer belongings during pack-outs and move-backs Load, unload, transport, and return contents safely and professionally Clean, sanitize, deodorize, and restore household items and personal belongings Assist with textile, soft goods, and specialty contents cleaning Document contents and maintain accurate inventory records Prepare items for storage, transport, and return delivery Operate company vans and other vehicles safely (when qualified) Protect customer property and belongings throughout the restoration process Support warehouse operations, organization, and quality control Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and quality standards Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM End times vary based on workload, project size, and travel requirements Occasional overtime available Travel & Driving Requirements This position includes regular travel throughout Oregon and Washington. Valid driver's license required Employees drive company vans for local and out-of-town assignments Overnight travel required approximately every 2-4 weeks Typical trips last 2-3 days Service areas may include Eugene, Portland/Vancouver, Seattle, Tri-Cities, and surrounding regions Travel time is paid for out-of-town assignments Some overnight hotel stays required Must be comfortable driving at night and in varying weather conditions What We're Looking For Experience in moving, packing, restoration, cleaning, construction, or related fields preferred Ability to safely lift and move 50-100 pounds on a regular basis Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Attention to detail and care when handling customer belongings Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Professional appearance and customer service skills Reliable transportation to and from work Clean driving record preferred Why Join Cascade Contents?
