Our Field Service Technicians are the face of Reliable Door and Dock, which means you have the opportunity to make a direct, positive impact on our customers. As a technician, responsibilities include: Installing and servicing overhead doors, docks, dock levelers, springs, cables, and other essential hardware. Setting up and maintaining various commercial and industrial specialty doors, equipment, and accessories. Ensuring quality by meticulously checking for proper installation, clearance, and balance. Delivering unparalleled customer service and responding to customer inquiries honestly and pleasantly. Requirements To excel in this role, you should: Have one or more years of experience installing and/or servicing commercial and industrial overhead doors and docks Be a master of hand and power tools, showcasing your knowledge in this area. Possess mechanical aptitude that enables you to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges. Be a team player who can also work independently. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues and customers. Have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Be capable of regularly lifting anywhere between 50-100 lbs.
