Paperwork is kept light so you can focus on what you do best—getting top-tier CNC machines running at their peak and turning customers into long-term fans. What you'll do Own end-to-end field service across the local Madison market—service calls, installations, and scheduled preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on CNC machining and turning centers; resolve problems efficiently and thoroughly. Provide situational training at the machine and collaborate with sales when technical insights are needed. Communicate clearly with operators, maintenance teams, engineers, and leadership—tailoring your message to the audience. Represent Ellison Technologies with professionalism and integrity at every site. Document your work completely—customer records, technical notes, and case details—so the next visit starts ahead. Step in on related tasks and special projects as assigned. What you bring Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. Proven diagnostic abilities spanning mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
