Description:

This Field Service Technician candidate will be responsible for routine repair, installation, maintenance of mailing and shipping software and hardware. The successful candidate will be called upon to use their technical and organized understanding of client equipment to assist customer in maximizing full productivity from their equipment. Monday through Friday work week means no weekends in the office,

Job Requirements:

Ability to communicate and interact effectively in a multi-functional and diverse organization Ability to multi task and change priorities as needed Ability to handle stressful situations and meet deadlines Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong and effective decision making skills necessary to prioritize workload Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proven experience and proficiency with electro-mechanical diagnostic and repair tools and test equipment Knowledge of PC hardware and software systems A minimum of two years proven experience in building and enhancing Customer relationships A strong electro-mechanical aptitude Out of state travel is required for some training certifications This position may require frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 55lbs.

Other Responsibilities:

Performing routine preventative maintenance on customer's equipment. Web based and hands on training of all new products and services offered to customers. Work with sales team to demonstrate, install, and train clients on new equipment. Core Strengths
