Responsibilities Lead water damage, flood, fire restoration, and mold remediation projects from start to finish with enthusiasm and precision. Conduct thorough assessments of affected areas using hand tools, power tools, moisture meters, and Xactimate estimating software to determine scope of work. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site travel and transportation of equipment and personnel. Implement safety protocols including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use and respiratory protection to safeguard yourself and team members during all restoration activities. Perform cleaning tasks such as debris removal, and surface sanitation to prepare sites for repair or reconstruction. Respond promptly to emergency calls for water extraction, flood mitigation, or fire damage restoration with on-call coverage as needed. Communicate clearly with clients to explain procedures, set expectations, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or emergency response readiness. Knowledge of water damage restoration, flood mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement processes. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, Xactimate software, and company vehicles confidently and safely. Familiarity with safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection standards. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward helping clients through stressful situations. Experience with cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning and debris removal is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; construction experience is a plus but not required.
