Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Water Damage Technician and become a vital part of restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. In this energetic role, you will be on the front lines of disaster recovery, using your skills to assess damage, perform restorations, and bring relief to clients facing stressful situations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure efficient, high-quality service that helps clients recover quickly and confidently. Duties Assess water, fire, mold, and other damage to determine scope of work and necessary restoration procedures Operate hand tools and power tools safely to remove damaged materials and perform cleaning tasks Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation processes with precision Conduct cleaning services including carpet cleaning, debris removal, and surface sanitation Assist with fire restoration efforts by cleaning soot and smoke damage from affected areas Support asbestos abatement and other hazardous material removal activities following safety protocols Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress effectively with team members and clients Qualifications Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques, mold remediation, fire restoration, and asbestos abatement is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for documentation and reporting Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to travel locally as needed Willingness to learn new skills and adhere to safety standards at all times Embark on a career where your skills directly impact people's lives by restoring their homes and peace of mind. $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
