Job Summary Join a new and growing company in the Central Wisconsin area as a Water Mitigation Technician and become a vital part of restoring properties affected by water, flood, biohazard and fire damage. In this role, you will respond swiftly to emergency situations, assess damage and execute comprehensive mitigation and restoration procedures. Your expertise will help clients recover from unexpected disasters while ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in the restoration industry, work with advanced tools and equipment and make a meaningful impact in our community. Duties Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, flood and fire demonstrating emergency response readiness. Perform water extraction, drying, cleaning, and debris removal using specialized equipment such as pumps, moisture meters, and power tools. Conduct mold remediation and follow strict safety protocols to ensure occupant safety. Operate company vehicles safely for on-call coverage and job site transportation while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards. Utilize hand tools, power tools and other restoration industry equipment to complete projects efficiently. Implement cleaning tasks including surface sanitation while maintaining high standards of quality. Follow all safety protocols including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use and respiratory protection to safeguard yourself and others during operations. Collaborate with clients professionally to provide exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process. Assist with construction-related tasks when needed to ensure comprehensive property restoration. Requirements Proven experience or interest in the restoration industry with knowledge of flood restoration, water damage mitigation, fire restoration, or mold remediation preferred. Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations with on-call coverage availability and a rotating on call schedule. Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE use, respiratory protection and hazardous material handling. Construction experience or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment is highly desirable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles responsibly. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude during high-pressure situations. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
