Job Description

Looking for a rewarding career where you can make a real difference in people's lives? ServiceMaster Restoration & Cleaning is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Restoration Technicians . When disaster strikes, we're the first call homeowners and businesses make. Our team responds to fire, water, mold, storm, and other property damage emergencies, helping families and businesses get back to normal.
What You'll Do:
✅ Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage losses ✅ Perform demolition, cleanup, drying, and restoration services ✅ Set up and monitor drying equipment ✅ Pack, move, and inventory customer contents when needed ✅ Maintain a clean and professional job site ✅ Communicate professionally with customers and team members ✅ Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
What We're Looking For:
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic ✔ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor ✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔ Construction, restoration, or trade experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
