Job Description
Job Summary When homes or businesses are damaged by water, fire, mold, or storms, Restoration Technicians are the first step in helping people recover. If you're hardworking, dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and want a career where you can make a real difference, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform water extraction and structural drying. Remove damaged building materials. Execute mold remediation procedures following industry standards to eliminate mold growth and prevent recurrence. Complete fire and smoke cleanup. Set up and monitor drying equipment. Document work performed using company software. Participate in an on-call emergency response rotation. Follow all safety procedures and industry standards Experience IICRC certifications are a plus (training available). Construction, restoration, mitigation, or general labor experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures diligently. Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, construction sites, and other varying environments. Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
