Job Title:
Field Service Technician Job Description Join our dynamic team at our Cheyenne, WY location, where you will play a crucial role in installing and troubleshooting customer systems that utilize Direct Digital Control Technology. You will serve as the local contact for technical issues, ensuring that systems operate efficiently with controls, sensors, and software. Responsibilities Install and troubleshoot customer systems utilizing Direct Digital Control Technology. Serve as the local contact for technical issues. Ensure systems operate properly within controls, sensors, and software. Verify field devices using a laptop. Commission and validate equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical equipment. Collaborate with engineers on the startup and commissioning of customer systems in the electronic, electrical, and pneumatic space. Follow and update drawing packages as needed. Set up workstations with all necessary software. Communicate with the project manager on project updates and timelines. Troubleshoot any issues throughout startup and maintenance. Essential Skills Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Commissioning and validation of equipment. Experience with HVAC and building automation. Proficiency with multimeter and TCP/IP protocols. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in data centers, installation, field service, service, and validation. Ability to travel to client sites. Work Environment Work hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM at the Cheyenne, Wyoming worksite. The team consists of 1 project manager and 4 technicians, with a total of 30 people. As part of the benefits, a company truck and cellphone are provided upon going direct. You will be working with a team under a large global presence, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheyenne, WY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $46.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
