This is a contract/vendor opportunity, not a full-time employee position. Work is assigned based on property needs, vendor availability, skill level, and approved scope of work. Pay is based on the individual job, approved estimate, or agreed-upon pricing before work begins. We are looking for reliable long-term maintenance partners who communicate well, complete quality work, and take pride in helping keep rental homes safe, clean, and well-maintained. Responsibilities May Include Completing general residential maintenance work orders Assisting with property turns and move-in ready repairs Drywall repair, painting, trim, doors, locks, cabinets, and minor carpentry Basic plumbing repairs such as leaks, faucets, toilets, drains, and fixture replacements Basic electrical repairs such as outlets, switches, light fixtures, and ceiling fans, within legal/licensed limits Flooring repairs, minor exterior repairs, pressure washing, and general handyman work Providing photos, updates, and completion notes when requested Communicating professionally with property management and residents Completing work in a timely manner and following approved scopes of work Requirements Prior residential maintenance, handyman, construction, or rental property repair experience Reliable transportation Own tools and equipment needed for accepted jobs Ability to provide clear communication and updates Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines Ability to assess repairs and provide pricing or estimates when needed Licensed and insured vendors are preferred Must be able to complete work to company standards Preferred Experience Rental property maintenance Turn/make-ready work Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, painting, drywall, carpentry, or general repairs Ability to handle multiple types of residential repair needs Pay This is contract work. Pay is based on the approved scope of work, job type, vendor experience, and agreed-upon pricing before work begins. We pay via ACH and payables processed weekly.
