Job Description

Champion Lighting installs permanent exterior LED lighting across Arizona, and we're contracting experienced installers for steady, scheduled work. This is a per-foot contract role - you operate as an independent contractor with your own vehicle, ladders, and tools, and we keep your calendar booked.
Estimated earnings:
Per-foot pay at $2-$4 per linear foot. A contractor installing around 3,000 ft in their first month earns approximately $8,000-$12,000. Earnings scale with the volume and speed of your work. Paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities Install permanent LED track lighting on soffits, fascia, and rooftops Work safely at heights on ladders and roofs Deliver clean, professional installs Communicate professionally with homeowners Manage your schedule across multiple booked jobs Requirements Prior installation experience (exterior installs, roofing, eavestrough, holiday/permanent lighting, or similar) Own reliable vehicle, ladders, drills, and tools Comfortable working at heights; able to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license Registered or willing to operate as an independent contractor What we provide A consistent, pre-booked schedule - no client-finding required All LED materials and product Training on our installation system Path to higher per-foot rates and lead opportunities To apply, reply with your name, phone number, relevant experience, and earliest start date.
