We serve property owners and managers by ensuring their guests walk into spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming homes after every turn. Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Short-Term Rental Cleaner. This position plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by cleaning and resetting rental properties between guest stays. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas Change linens and make beds to hotel-quality standards Restock essentials such as toiletries, paper products, and soaps Empty trash and recycling bins and remove all waste from the property Inspect the property for damages or missing items and report issues Follow a detailed cleaning checklist and ensure every unit is guest-ready Communicate with team leads or property managers as needed Skills and Qualities Needed Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational habits Dependability and punctuality Ability to follow standardized procedures and checklists Basic communication skills (verbal/text/email) Self-motivated and able to work independently Physical ability to bend, lift, and be on your feet for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental turnovers (preferred) Reliable personal transportation Availability on weekends and holidays is a plus Why Join AOne?
