• Grand Lake, Colorado Our company is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to service vacation rentals throughout the Winter Park, Fraser, Granby, and Grand Lake areas.

This is an independent position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working on their own, takes pride in their work, and is highly reliable. Responsibilities Clean and prepare short-term rental properties between guest stays. Follow detailed cleaning checklists and property instructions. Restock supplies and report any maintenance concerns or damage. Ensure each property is guest-ready with a high level of attention to detail. Communicate promptly regarding scheduling, questions, or unexpected issues. Requirements Reliable personal transportation (travel between properties is required). Dependable and punctual. Strong communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Smartphone with the ability to use company scheduling and communication apps. Ability to lift, bend, climb stairs, and perform physical cleaning tasks. Schedule Flexible daytime hours. Work is scheduled based on guest check-ins and check-outs. Hours vary from week to week depending on client demand and seasonality and cannot be guaranteed.
