Part time maintenance person

Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves light repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our property contributing welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform daily checks and submit work order reports in a clear, detailed manner. Repair minor plumbing issues such as clogs or leaks. Replace filters, light bulbs and other consumables. Preform minor drywall repairs, including patching, painting and culking. General cleaning of property, pressure washing and leaf blowing of common areas. Assemble furniture and install wall decor or window dressings. Handle general household light repairs. Skills Experience in property maintenance or a related field. Excellent written and spoken communication for clear reporting and documentation. General knowledge of plumbing, painting, carpentry, and household repairs. HVAC experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Valid driver's license. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
