Maintenance/Handyman

Overview Responsible for the preventative maintenance and minor repairs of the hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the property.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Plumbing:

Leaks, fixture replacement, clogs

Electrical:

Outlets, switches, lighting

HVAC:

Filter changes, coil cleaning, minor fixes

Appliances:

Ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers/dryers Troubleshoots and repairs malfunctions in mechanical or electrical systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) and other equipment throughout the property. Performs preventative maintenance assignments on a schedule basis (e.g., "room care"). Maintains the building exterior and "curb appeal" (e.g., power washing, painting, cleaning windows). All team members must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. •
