This role includes cleaning, basic painting, handyman work, and general property tasks. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a hands-on environment. Duties Clean the interior and exterior of properties Complete basic painting and touch-up work as needed Perform general handyman and maintenance tasks Help maintain properties and respond to daily upkeep needs Use equipment such as pressure washers and lawn mowers as needed Communicate by phone, text, email, and photos when necessary Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Must have a smartphone and know how to use email, text, and camera functions Must be reliable and dependable Preferred Background Experience in maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, painting, or handyman work Day shift availability preferred People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
