Job Description
MVP Vacation Homes is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Field Service Team Member to help prepare vacation homes for guest arrivals and departures. This is a hands-on role that is critical to ensuring every property meets our high standards and provides an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare homes for guest check-ins and check-outs
- Perform property inspections and report maintenance, housekeeping, or inventory issues
- Ensure homes are clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Deliver supplies and assist with property setup as needed
- Complete quality control inspections to ensure company standards are met
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and office staff
- Respond to urgent property needs and assist with special projects Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous hospitality, property management, housekeeping, maintenance, or field service experience is preferred Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day each week
- Schedule flexibility is required, as work hours and days may change based on occupancy levels and seasonal business demands What We Offer
