We're an established, locally owned custom closet company serving the Treasure Valley, and we're looking for a skilled, dependable team member to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position with long-term stability, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment. What You'll Be Doing Installing custom closet and storage systems in residential homes Assisting with light renovation and finish work as needed Safely and efficiently using hand and power tools Loading, unloading, and handling custom products and materials Assisting with warehouse organization and preparation Working professionally and respectfully in occupied client homes Ensuring projects are completed with attention to detail and high-quality workmanship What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time work year-round Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Benefits and paid time off available after 90 days A company that values reliability, craftsmanship, and professionalism What We're Looking For 3-5 years of construction, remodeling, carpentry, or installation experience preferred Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds regularly Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional appearance and communication skills Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team Requirements Reliable transportation Consistent attendance and punctuality Ability to pass a background check Comfortable working in non-smoking environments Flexible schedule is a plus Important This is a long-term employee position.
