• We are looking for an experienced exterior installer to help install
• permanent architectural lighting systems
• on residential and commercial properties throughout the DMV/Maryland area. This is best suited for someone with experience in
• gutters, siding, exterior trim, finish carpentry, roofing-related exterior work, or similar trades
• who is already comfortable working from ladders and around rooflines. ### Pay Typical pay is
• $250-$500+ per day
• , depending on job size, difficulty, experience, and productivity. Larger installations and completing multiple jobs in a day can result in higher earnings. I value professional workmanship and am willing to pay well for the right person who can work efficiently and produce clean, professional installations. ### Vehicle and Equipment Requirements You must have:
• A reliable work truck or van
• A ladder rack
• Your own extension ladders and appropriate jobsite ladders
• Reliable transportation to jobs throughout the service area
• Basic hand tools needed for exterior installation work Please do not apply if you do not currently have the vehicle and ladder setup needed to perform this type of work. ### Responsibilities
• Install permanent architectural lighting along rooflines, fascia, soffits, gutters, peaks, dormers, and other exterior areas
• Safely use extension ladders and work at residential and commercial roofline heights
• Route wiring neatly and professionally
• Mount lighting securely and consistently
• Follow job layouts and installation plans
• Complete installations efficiently without sacrificing workmanship
• Keep jobsites clean
• Interact professionally with customers when necessary ### Ideal Experience Strong candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:
• Gutter installation
• Siding installation
• Exterior trim work
• Finish carpentry
• Roofing or roofline work
• General exterior construction Previous lighting installation experience is helpful but
• not required
• if you already have strong exterior trade experience and are comfortable working from ladders. ### What We Are Looking For You should be:
