Have Responsibilities:

Interior and exterior painting Drywall repair and patching Change and install door locks Fix leaking faucets, sinks, and minor plumbing issues Replace toilets and bathroom fixtures Basic carpentry and repair work Minor home maintenance and repairs Property touch-ups and punch-list items General handyman tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and repairs Ability to troubleshoot and fix common household issues Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Own basic hand tools preferred
