Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Handyperson to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of company premises. We'll rely on you to keep our residences in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman's arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Responsibilities

PRIMARY TASK WEEKLY

Grounds cleaning, weedeating, fencing security, gates and latches. blowing, raking cleaning Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting, mopping. Etc… inside and out Perform maintenance and light repairs, painting Perform routine landscaping on the grounds to keep the area clean and well trimmed. including seeding, hay watering and pest control on grounds Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks, walls etc.) Undertake light installation assemble shelves, furniture, set up appliances, connect wifi tv. Repair equipment or appliances example all yard equipment and small tools, Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, carpentry as requested Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow, connecting camper evacuation, winterizing all piping. Install and maintain security equipment. Cameras, DVR, wifi Thermostats,Door sensors Undertake carpentry duties to maintain handrails, decks. Undertake duties to keep gutters and drains clean to route water minimum of 10 feet from structures. Identify and report the need for major repairs Grounds cleaning, weedeating, fencing security, gates and latches. blowing, raking cleaning. Requirements and skills Proven experience as handyman Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Basic math skills Good communication ability text , call in person face to face Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail Drivers License Must have own basic tools.
