Job Description

Carolina Breeze Vacations is seeking a dependable Operations Runner to support our team. This part-time role assists with keeping our vacation rental homes ready for guests and owners by helping with property preparation and completing small operational tasks in the field. Ability to work in Oak Island, Holden Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, and Sunset Beach. Maintenance experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Traveling between properties as needed Delivering supplies and materials to homes and team members Assisting with property readiness for guest arrivals Completing small tasks such as replacing light bulbs, batteries, and HVAC filters Supporting the operations and housekeeping teams as needed
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry supplies up to 50 lbs Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Must pass a background check
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
