Full-Time About Focus Camera Focus Camera is looking for a dependable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to help maintain our warehouse facility in North Brunswick, NJ. This hands-on role is responsible for keeping our building in excellent condition by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and clean facility. Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and light repairs. Paint walls, patch drywall, and repair minor cosmetic damage. Install shelving, cabinets, flooring, and other facility fixtures. Repair warehouse equipment, doors, locks, and appliances. Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance. Perform preventative maintenance throughout the warehouse. Maintain the exterior of the building, including seasonal maintenance and snow removal. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Identify larger repair issues and report them to management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Previous experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including climbing ladders and working both indoors and outdoors. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license preferred.
