Job Description

You're tired of patch jobs that look like patch jobs. You want work where clean finishes matter, and people actually notice the difference. You like fixing the small stuff others miss. And you want to be trusted for your craft, not treated like a number. Who We Are Loyalty Plumbing is a family-owned, woman-led company built on quality, impression, growth, and being a team people can rely on. As our Drywall & Paint Touch-Up Specialist, you'll step into a supportive, team-oriented culture where your detail work matters and your wins get recognized. What You'll Be Doing Your day might start with a hole that needs to disappear like it was never there. Then an attic access panel repair. Then touch-up paint that has to blend so well nobody can spot the fix. You'll handle the kind of punch-list work that makes a home feel finished again. Drywall, paint, caulking, small carpentry, and the odd repair that needs steady hands and good judgment. This role is for someone who gets real satisfaction from leaving things better than they found them. Clean lines. Smooth patches. Happy clients. A team that sees the difference. The Hiring Process We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly. Don't worry—if you take the time to apply, we will respond to 100% of the applicants.
The process:
Click apply and answer a few Who, What, When questions. (5 min) You'll be texted a link for a 10 min questionnaire that will help match you to the job (or others that might suit you!). You'll get a text for a quick 1-way video question. (5 min) We'll send you a link to get scheduled for an in-person interview. You can easily be in for an interview within a couple days from right now. What You'll Earn Compensation wasn't provided here, so we won't play games with vague promises. If pay transparency matters to you, that's a fair question to ask in the process. What is clear is there's paid training and real growth opportunities built into the role. Why Work With Us You won't get lost in a giant machine here. Loyalty Plumbing is built to be supportive, growth-driven, and team-oriented, with a culture where people celebrate wins and hold each other accountable. Employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and their families 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Paid training Growth opportunities Team building activities Goal celebrations This is not for someone who cuts corners, disappears when communication matters, or leaves sloppy patches behind. It is for someone who takes pride in quality and wants to be part of a team clients can rely on. Who We're Looking For You'll thrive here if you're versatile, hands-on, and proud of finishes that look clean, seamless, and done right the first time. You have real drywall and paint touch-up experience You can patch holes, repair or install attic access panels, and blend paint cleanly You're comfortable with small carpentry, minor plumbing or electrical fixes, caulking, and odd jobs You bring your own basic tools You have a flexible schedule for part-time or as-needed work You live close enough that small-task travel isn't a hassle You're reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented Bonus if you have references, photos of past work, or rental or homeowner punch-list experience If you're the kind of person who cares about the final 5% everyone else rushes past, go apply. That's the work that matters here.
