We handle a high volume of construction, renovation, and property maintenance projects and are looking for reliable, independent partners to handle overflow and specialized work. We aren't looking for employees; we are looking for established pros who want a steady stream of local projects without the headache of marketing and lead generation. What We're Looking For We are vetting vendors across all residential and commercial maintenance trades, including:

General Handyman:

Drywall repair, paint touch-ups, light carpentry, and fixtures.

Outdoor Services:

Pool maintenance, equipment repair, and full-service landscaping.

Skilled Trades:

Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Specialized Work:

Flooring, roofing, and masonry. Requirements To be added to our active vendor list, you must meet the following:

Proper Equipment:

You must have your own reliable transportation and professional-grade tools.

Communication:

We value responsiveness. You must be able to provide clear estimates and updates via phone/text/Whatsapp.
