Rent Ready Solutions LLC is a growing Oklahoma City-based property services company specializing in property turnover, move-out cleaning, rent-ready services, and additional property services. We work with apartment communities, property management companies, homeowners, rental property owners, and commercial clients throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. We are looking for dependable college students who want flexible income without being locked into a traditional part-time work schedule. This opportunity is designed around students who need to balance work with classes, studying, internships, athletics, extracurricular activities, and other commitments. Instead of assigning you a fixed weekly schedule, available cleaning assignments can be offered based on business demand, and you can choose assignments that fit your availability.
YOUR COLLEGE SCHEDULE COMES FIRST. HOW THE POSITION WORKS
This is a flexible, per-job contract opportunity. Cleaning Technicians are compensated for completed assignments rather than being scheduled for a traditional set number of hours each week. Available assignments will include the applicable compensation and job information before you accept the assignment. You can review the available work and determine which assignments fit your schedule and availability.
For example:
You have class Monday morning, so you do not accept a Monday morning assignment. You have an exam Wednesday, so you keep Wednesday available for studying. You have Thursday afternoon free, so you accept a Thursday afternoon cleaning. You have more availability during summer break, so you can choose to take on additional assignments when available. The goal is to give you the flexibility to work around your education and personal schedule.
IMPORTANT
Flexible does not mean unreliable. Once you accept an assignment, you are expected to complete that assignment as agreed. We understand that emergencies happen, but communication and dependability are extremely important.
PAID PER JOB
You will know the compensation associated with an assignment before accepting it. Job compensation may vary depending on factors such as: Property size Type of cleaning Condition of the property Scope of work Amount of work required Special cleaning requirements We want our technicians to understand what a job pays before deciding whether to accept it. This allows you to make informed decisions about which assignments fit your schedule and goals. Quality is always more important than speed. Technicians are expected to complete assignments according to Rent Ready Solutions' quality standards regardless of how quickly they work.
HOW ASSIGNMENTS WORK
Review available assignments. You will receive information about available jobs, including the location, type of cleaning, scope of work, compensation, and applicable completion requirements. Choose assignments that fit your availability. If the assignment works with your school and personal schedule, you can accept it. If it does not fit your schedule, you can wait for another opportunity. Complete the assignment. Arrive at the agreed-upon time and complete the assigned scope of work according to company standards. Document the completed work. Submit required before-and-after photos and any necessary job notes or reports. Receive payment for the completed assignment. Payment will be handled according to the applicable payment terms provided during onboarding and in the independent contractor agreement.

College schedules change constantly. You may have classes, exams, labs, study groups, internships, athletics, student organizations, and other commitments. We understand that you may not have the same availability every week. This opportunity allows you to adjust your work availability based on your schedule. During finals, you can choose to take fewer assignments. During spring break, you can take time off or accept assignments if you are available. During summer break, you can increase your availability and potentially take on additional assignments. When your next semester starts, your availability can change again. We are looking for technicians who want work that can adapt to their changing schedules.

This opportunity is not designed around a traditional part-time schedule. You will not be required to work the same shifts every week. Your availability may change from week to week.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must: Be at least 18 years old Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver's license Be authorized to work in the United States Be able to successfully complete a background check Be able to travel to assigned properties Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb stairs Be comfortable performing physical work for extended periods Have a smartphone capable of receiving messages and submitting job photos Have reliable communication Be able to honor commitments after accepting assignments Be willing to follow company cleaning and safety procedures
