- Handling maintenance requests for residential rental homes
- both single family and multifamily
- Completing general repairs such as installing screen doors, changing AC filters, replacing garbage disposals, etc., with an emphasis on drywall and painting
- Diagnosing maintenance concerns and appliances (such as syncing garage remotes that are not working properly)
- Turnover repairs and light remodel projects such as painting, replacing flooring, drywall, changing filters, replacing towel racks, replacing light bulbs, updating and installing home appliances, etc.
- Coordinating with vendors when needed
- Keeping detailed notes, reports, and photos of completed work via your phone
- Creating and completing work orders in Appfolio AND Jobber software using Iphone or Android
- Representing our company professionally in tenants' homes No two days are the same — and that's part of the fun. ________________________________________ What We're Looking For
- 2-3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (property management or handyman services preferred)
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance done in homes
- Ability to diagnose issues independently
- Great communication skills
- Technology savvy
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and write reports using apps on your phone
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license

$27.00- 32.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday (4) 10 hour shift days per weekTime:
