Cleaning & Property Support Associate

Overview PPA Realty Group is looking for reliable, detail-oriented people to join our cleaning and property support team. This position will assist with cleaning and maintaining a variety of company-managed properties and spaces, including short-term rentals, direct lease apartments, commercial buildings, construction project sites, and other company-managed spaces. This is a hands-on position with a varied schedule, including weekends on an as needed basis. Responsibilities include routine commercial building cleaning, short-term rental turnovers, apartment move-in/move-out cleans, construction cleans following projects, light groundskeeping, and general property support tasks as needed. Responsibilities Clean commercial building common areas, including hallways, entryways, vestibules, restrooms, shared spaces, stairs, and other shared areas Check short-term rentals after guest departures and report damages, stains, missing items, or maintenance concerns Clean Airbnb/VRBO short-term rental units/direct lease apartments between guest stays Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, and cleaning supplies Empty trash and keep trash areas clean Check buildings, parking areas, entrances, and common areas for problems Report things like leaks, damage, stains, missing items, burned-out lights, low supplies, or safety concerns Help with light outdoor tasks such as sweeping, raking, leaf blowing, watering flowers, and tidying entry areas Help with light property support tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, etc Keep cleaning supplies and storage areas organized

Requirements:

Commercial building cleaning may follow a more routine schedule, while short-term rental cleanings are based on guest check-outs and turnover needs. Weekend availability is required as needed for Airbnb/VRBO departures and other time-sensitive cleanings. Reliable transportation is required, as this position involves traveling between multiple properties Ability to work independently and manage time well Strong attention to detail Dependable, trustworthy, and organized Comfortable working in commercial buildings, apartments, short-term rentals, construction/project areas, and other company-managed spaces Willingness to assist with a variety of cleaning and light indoor and outdoor property support tasks Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks throughout workday. Prior cleaning, housekeeping, custodial, or property support experience preferred.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
