Building Maintenance Shop, Warehouse - Handyman Position Summary /

Responsibilities:

Performs general building maintenance and shop support duties. Responsible for minor auto repairs including oil changes and checking tire pressure. Maintains cleanliness of the shop by sweeping, organizing, and performing routine cleaning tasks. Completes painting and minor facility repairs as needed. Operates forklift and must be able to drive standard shift vehicles. Assists with inventory control, pulling stock, organizing materials, and maintaining equipment and tools. Helps ensure the shop and surrounding areas remain safe, organized, and fully operational.
