Job Description
-Turn empty apartments, Painting, Flooring, Clean and prep for renting
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, basic electric
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete unit turns in a timely manner
- Must be friendly and have some customer service skills to deal with tenants
- General property maintenance
- Show vacant apartments to potential renters on occasion
- 401K plan with employer match
