If you have at least 5 years experience painting custom homes and are a detail-oriented, multi-tasker, then this opportunity is for you. If you LOVE the challenge of taking on drywall and paint punch work during the warranty period, building customer relationships, and delivering best-in-class luxury homes, this is the opportunity for you! As a Finish Painter, you'll play a meaningful role as part of the warranty team. You'll enjoy a dynamic, challenging, and fast-paced environment delivering some of the most beautiful homes in the area. WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
- 5 years of experience with finish work in high end homes
- Reliable transportation (vehicle allowance provided)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work without direct supervision
- A love for detail
- the ability to manage large volumes of information ranging from the smallest of elements to overarching concepts across multiple, concurrent construction projects
