Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute significantly to our guests' experiences. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel. Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition. Assist with laundry services as required. Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within assigned timeframes. Familiarity with housekeeping management systems is a plus. Ability to perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming effectively. Must be physically able to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy items as needed.
