! We are needing three (3) Make Ready Crew Helpers to become a part of our Make Ready Crews! You will perform the renovation of our single-family homes which are located throughout the Dallas area (Mesquite, Balch Springs, Richardson, Garland, Pleasant Grove, Oak Cliff, Allen, DeSoto, etc.) as they become vacant under the guidance of a Crew Leader as well as our Dir. of Maintenance/Renovations. We strive to provide a superior product with high quality materials (either stocked in our warehouse or for purchase at Home Depot) and are looking to add dependable, forward-thinking individuals to our team.

Responsibilities:

Meet job completion deadlines while maintaining superior quality of work. Manage time spent on tasks/steps to increase efficiency. Have experience/know how to do the following (plus more): Sub-floor, Flooring/Tile, Minor Plumbing, Minor Electrical, Siding, Framing, Sheetrock/Tape & Bed , Painting, Fencing Must have your own tools to perform the above work; insure correct tools are used for each task and any borrowed Company tools are properly maintained and cared for. Must own a reliable Truck or SUV for transporting material/waste. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Must own a smart phone (iOS 9.0 or above, Android Version 7 or higher) for BuilderTrend time tracking system. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1-3 years previous experience in construction, maintenance or other related fields. Familiarity with construction & maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to handle physical workload.
