Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Person to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across our facility/properties. This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and systems remain in optimal condition by completing both routine maintenance and emergency repairs.- POSSIBILITY

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Identify and report the need for major repairs Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Maintain tools and supplies in a safe and organized manner Respond quickly to emergency situations (e.g., power outages, leaks, equipment failures) Assist with setup and breakdown of furniture, fixtures, or event materials Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times Maintain cleanliness in maintenance areas and assist with general upkeep of the facility/property
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Physical stamina and dexterity Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Must be able to lift up to [50 lbs] and climb ladders Valid driver's license may be required
Work Environment:
May involve indoor and outdoor work Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and tools May require occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call hours
