Responsibilities:

Inspect the property after the cleaning team has completed its work Confirm that the home is clean, organized, and ready for arriving guests Follow a detailed inspection checklist using the Breezeway smartphone app Take clear, accurate photos of each inspected area Report cleaning, maintenance, damage, and supply issues promptly Check household supplies and amenities Complete light staging and minor touch-ups when needed Verify that TVs, remotes, lights, appliances, and other essential items are working Communicate clearly with the property-management team

Qualifications:

Must live in or near Alpine, Utah Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone Strong attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and responsive Able to work independently and follow written instructions Comfortable taking photos and using a mobile app Available during daytime hours, including some weekends and holidays Vacation-rental inspection experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided

Schedule:

This is a part-time, on-call position. Hours vary based on guest reservations and property turnover schedules. Inspections generally take place after cleaning and before the next guest checks in.

Physical requirements:

Applicants must be comfortable walking throughout a large multi-level home, using stairs, bending, and occasionally lifting or moving light household items. If you are reliable, observant, and take pride in making a home look guest-ready, we would love to hear from you.
