Location:

Roanoke, VA Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Weekends Off)

Pay Rate:

$23-$30/hour (based on experience)

Weekly Pay Overview TruBlue Total House Care is hiring motivated, professional Lead Handymen / Home Service Technicians with experience across multiple trades. We have consistent, year-round work and are looking for skilled craftsmen who take pride in quality workmanship and customer service. Our mission is to help homeowners maintain the safety, functionality, and value of their homes through reliable handyman services, home assessments, and ongoing maintenance solutions. In this role, you'll start as a hands-on technician and, after proving yourself, lead a group of technicians who will report directly to you . Responsibilities Perform a wide range of residential handyman services, including: Carpentry Tiling & flooring Painting Drywall repair Light plumbing and electrical work Conduct home assessments and assist with project estimates when needed Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer-facing demeanor Lead and support technicians as you grow into a leadership role Ensure all work meets TruBlue quality and safety standards
