Available hours; 40 hours/week. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to manage multiple maintenance projects while ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion. This position requires hands-on experience in a wide range of construction and maintenance trades, including painting, drywall, flooring, fencing/deck repairs, millwork, carpentry, door installations, and apartment/home unit turns. Your day will start and end at our Bellevue office. Maintenance locations will span across King and Snohomish Counties. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and projects as assigned by property managers Coordinate and complete unit turns efficiently and on schedule Perform painting, drywall installation/repair, texturing, and finishing Build, repair, and maintain fences Install and repair doors, door frames, and door hardware Diagnose maintenance issues and determine/communicate appropriate repair solutions Use AppFolio tools to document work completed with property managers Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety requirements Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition Communicate project updates with management teams Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in: Painting Drywall repair and installation Flooring installation and repairs Fence and deck repairs Millwork and trim carpentry Door installations and repairs Residential unit turns Strong knowledge of maintenance and construction practices Ability to read basic work orders, measurements, and project scopes Skilled in the use of hand and power tools Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and lead projects from start to finish Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily Preferred Qualifications Prior leadership or supervisory experience OSHA or safety certifications are a plus Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work environments Frequent standing, lifting, climbing, bending, and kneeling Exposure to varying weather conditions and construction materials Benefits & Pay Compensation for the Maintenance Handy-Person position is a base pay of $32.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience), You will be eligible for the following listed benefits (full time only): Paid time off Medical Benefits Matching 401k Apply today!
