We are committed to providing exceptional service and keeping our customers' equipment operating at peak performance. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tractor Service Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain tractors and agricultural equipment while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues on tractors and agricultural equipment. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative service. Repair and replace defective parts and components. Use diagnostic tools and service manuals to identify equipment problems. Complete work orders accurately and document repairs performed. Conduct equipment testing to ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Communicate effectively with service advisors, parts personnel, and customers when needed. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Technical training in diesel mechanics, agricultural equipment, or related field preferred. Experience repairing tractors, farm equipment, diesel engines, or heavy equipment preferred. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to read service manuals and diagnostic information. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment. Preferred Skills Experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Kubota, or similar equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
