Hot Springs, AR Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Day Shift:
7 AM-3:30 PM |

Start Your Skilled Trades Career as a Mechanic Technician! Looking for a hands-on entry-level opportunity in a manufacturing or shop environment? Join our team as a Mechanic Technician where you'll gain experience working with mechanical components, tools, and equipment while building a long-term skilled trades career.
Mechanic Technician Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Mechanical aptitude or strong interest in hands-on work. Ability to use basic hand tools. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Prior shop, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required). Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Mechanic Technician Job Duties:
Disassemble mechanical components using basic hand and power tools. Clean, prepare, and process parts using shop equipment and procedures. Inspect components for wear, damage, or defects. Organize, label, and stage parts for reassembly or next steps. Follow detailed work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
