ICON Equipment is seeking a seasoned Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform in-depth diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of construction equipment. Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues with diesel engines and other construction equipment components. Perform in-depth maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery, including excavators, Boom lifts, loaders, Telehandlers more. Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Collaborate with the parts department to procure necessary parts and manage inventory efficiently. Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks. Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Diesel Technician, particularly with construction equipment. Strong knowledge of diesel engine components, repair techniques, and repair procedures. Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring schematics. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to safety guidelines and regulations. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Job Type:
