Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Facilities/Equipment Support is responsible to conducting routine inspections and administrative oversight of an organization's physical infrastructure and equipment. This person will handle administrative requests related to facility issues, maintain detailed records repairs activities. Key Responsibilities :
Implement the equipment operation instructions, calibration form, logbooks, log sheets... Operating, troubleshooting, repairing, data collection, daily inspection, and logbook and log sheets, Maintains inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies by checking stock and placing orders. Support Facilities Technicians in ordering parts for routine preventive maintenance Learn, operate, and program a variety of equipment automation, such as BMS, Auto Bead Blast,... Follows all safety-related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions, and guidelines for situational awareness and identifying unsafe behaviors and conditions. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Daily supporting production and maintaining equipment online during the shift assigned. Supports production, engineering, laboratories, research development, supply chain, and HR as needed. Independently performs maintenance according to industry standards.
Equipment maintenance:
The ability to perform routine maintenance on test equipment and resolve technical issues is necessary. Troubleshoot and locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation. Maintained the entire facility as clean as possible, which required the cleanup of all the trash, pallets... Must be able to use the Fork Lift to support the Warehouse and move heavy objects. Other assignments will be assigned by the Facilities Manager as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma 4-5 Years of Good Manufacturing Practice (GPM) experience is a must. 4-5 Years of working in the cleanroom 100 and 1000. Automation Manufacturing Technician with 5 years plus (Preferred) 5+ years of related experience in the high technology industry or successful completion of an equipment manufacturing project. Knows basic electronics and can analyze problems and perform repairs. Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate. Able to work overtime if mandatory and required. Ability to use the computer to order parts, collect data, emails Handed-on, assembly, box built, wiring, cable hardness supported manufacturing: 3-5 years (Preferred)
Requirements:
A minimum of High School or BS, and knowledge of computers, able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute. Experience driving a forklift Must be able to work overtime and weekend Must be able to use basic hand and specialized tools Must keep everything organized and clean for entire facilities (rooftop and trenches). Able to work on any condition of the weather, locations, confined space, ... When executing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to manage or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, ascend/descend, or balance to heights that may require a ladder or lift; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in confined spaces; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to use close vision and color vision.

Pay:
$25 -$28 This job equally operates in a production and professional office environment. The environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts or equipment. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds. Physical requirements further include the ability to engage in productive and collaborative communication and may need to be performed during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends and possibly holidays. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move about the facility. The employee is required to sit; use hands to finger; handle; or feel/hold objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; speak, hear, and smell. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear as well as interact with other employees. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Generally, the incumbent must be able to sit/stand and use a computer for extended periods of time.
