Job Description
Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. This is a full-time position. The primary responsibility is to manage and triage the helpdesk, oversee workstation and printing asset management, develop and document workflows.
Job Duties:
Serve as administrator and manager of assigned systems
Design and build workflows and system processes
Subject matter expert for assigned IT systems and projects
Manage ISP and assigned vendors
Answer tier-one and two help desk tickets via phone and email, escalating as necessary.
Setup user workstations
Documentation and Asset Management (AD and VSA).
Provide end-user training.
Coordinate new office openings (Print Solutions, Structure Cabling Oversight, ISP)
Manage Copier Leases
Workstation Stock Deployment
Mobile Device deployment
User On/Off Boardings
Manage and triage Helpdesk support requests Requirements Highschool Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an IT related field preferred.
Experience providing office IT support and troubleshooting.
Desire to continuously learn new skills.
Experience with supporting remote users.
Experience with Microsoft, NAV or Great Plains a plus.
Server and network experience a plus.
Structured Cabling experience a plus.
Advanced Troubleshooting skills.

The primary duties of a Compliance Technician are to perform routine testing, equipment certification, and routine maintenance tasks on various mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment as directed by the dispatcher or manager. Willing to train a qualified applicant.
