Employee discounts Benefits/Perks Competitive compensation Great work environment Career advancement opportunities Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Truck and Trailer Alignment and general Mechanic to join our heavy‑duty repair shop. In this role, you will specialize in truck and trailer alignments, front‑end diagnosis and repairs, and oil changes for commercial units. You will work on steering and suspension components, inspect and repair front‑end parts, and perform accurate alignments to ensure our customers' trucks and trailers are safe and ready for the road. We serve a diverse customer base, so we are especially interested in bilingual (English-Spanish) candidates who can communicate clearly with drivers and coworkers. Responsibilities Perform accurate alignments on heavy‑duty trucks and trailers using alignment equipment. Diagnose and repair front‑end components, including steering and suspension parts. Perform oil changes and basic preventive maintenance on trucks and trailers. Inspect vehicles, identify needed repairs, and document work performed. Follow all shop safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized. Communicate clearly with the team and, when needed, with customers about findings and repairs. Qualifications Experience working as a mechanic on commercial trucks and/or trailers. Hands‑on experience with alignment machines and standard shop tools. Knowledge of steering, suspension, and front‑end systems on heavy‑duty vehicles. Ability to perform oil changes and basic maintenance services. Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing high‑quality work. Ability to work well in a team and in a fast‑paced shop environment. Bilingual English-Spanish strongly preferred.
