Equipment Operator/Mechanic/Quality Assurance-Mandarin is a plus

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and experience in operating and maintaining heavy equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our machinery for dietary supplement manufacture which includes: Tablet Press machine, Capsule Filling machine, Gummy Making machine, Labelling/Packaging machine. The Equipment Mechanic will work closely with our operations team to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct routine maintenance on various types of equipment. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment includingTablet Press machine, Capsule Filling machine, Gummy Making machine, Labelling/Packaging machine and the related ones. Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques. Conduct inspections to ensure all equipment is in safe working condition. Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed on each piece of equipment. Collaborate with team members to prioritize repairs based on operational needs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating machinery and performing repairs. Experience Proven experience as an Equipment Mechanic or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with various types of machinery including but not limited to Tablet Press machine, Capsule Filling machine, Gummy Making machine, Labelling/Packaging machine. Experience in commercial driving is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems effectively. Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy equipment operation. Certification or training in heavy equipment mechanics is preferred but not required.
