Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equiptment and machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience with hydrulic systems, cylinder, hydrulic hoses and fittings, be able diagnostics hydrulic systems, and the ability to read schematics. Welding and brazing is a plus. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems in heavy equiptment and machinery, Cat, Jhon deer Kamatsu..... Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equiptment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance. Diagnose issues using diagnostics tools and techniques. Repair hydrulic systems and other critical components. Interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in various repair tasks. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Operate forklifts safely during repair processes. Weld components as necessary for repairs or modifications. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Skills Proficient in hydrulic systems and diagnostics. Strong ability to maintain various types of machinery, and equipment. Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Experience working with tractor-hydrulic systems is highly desirable. Competent in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to operate forklifts safely within a workshop environment.
