Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented independent contractors to perform residential cleaning services. This is a 1099 role, giving you the flexibility to control your schedule while receiving consistent job opportunities through our system.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential cleaning services (standard, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out) Follow company checklists and quality standards Communicate professionally with clients when needed Manage your own schedule and time efficiently Bring and maintain your own basic cleaning supplies (or use provided options if available) Report any damages or issues promptly

Requirements:

Compensation:

Per job / per project pay (Typical earnings equivalent to $20-$30+ per hour depending on yje cleaing project

Important Note:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position , not an employee role. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, transportation, and basic supplies unless otherwise agreed.
